Job Summary

A leading Dubai-based construction company is urgently seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing construction projects in Dubai and should possess excellent technical, coordination, and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure project execution is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Prepare project reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE/Dubai construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and local construction standards.
• Proven experience in handling building construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
