Civil Project Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Project Engineer to lead our engineering initiatives from concept to completion. You will be the bridge between design and execution, ensuring all technical requirements are met while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, resource allocation and technical staff to drive projects to successful completion.
• Technical Coordination: Review blueprints, CAD drawings and technical specifications to maintain strict quality control.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with executives, project managers and clients to align project goals and acquire necessary resources.
• Risk & Budget Control: Oversee project budgets and implement risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
• Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to industry health, safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested)
• 8–10 years of proven UAE experience in civil engineering, with strong expertise in project handling and site management
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Strong focus on achieving project targets in line with planned schedules and operational requirements
• Excellent leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license
