Ezdan Holding is a major property developer offering residential, commercial, and hospitality assets in Qatar.

At Ezdan, a Civil / Project Engineer works on real estate, residential buildings, hotels, and infrastructure projects across Qatar.

Core responsibilities:

Supervise construction projects (buildings, residential compounds, hotels)

Manage daily site operations and contractor performance

Ensure work follows:

Engineering drawings

Qatar building codes

Safety regulations (QCS standards)

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets

Prepare:

Site reports

Progress updates

Technical documentation

Coordinate with:

Consultants

Architects

Subcontractors

Government authorities

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

Solve on-site engineering and construction issues

Ezdan is heavily involved in large-scale real estate and construction projects like residential complexes, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments in Qatar

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering

Knowledge of:

Structural works

Site supervision

AutoCAD / MS Project (preferred)

Strong understanding of:

Construction methods

Safety standards

Project scheduling

Ability to work in site-based, fast-paced environment
