Job Title: Civil Project Engineer (G+4) Urgent Hiring

Location: Dubai – Near Emirates Towers Metro Station

Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a Civil Engineer with Interior Fit-Out experience to join our team in Dubai. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple renovation and fit-out projects simultaneously and reporting directly to the CEO regarding project progress and execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Must be Dubai Municipality approved for G+4
• Strong knowledge of project planning and site execution
• Ability to read and understand drawings clearly
• Experience in material selection and manpower planning
• Capable of managing multiple small renovation projects at the same time
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, foremen, procurement, and management
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities and project execution
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project plans
• Coordinate material selection and procurement requirements
• Plan and manage site manpower and daily activities
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
• Provide regular reports and updates directly to the CEO

Preferred:

• Experience working with interior fit-out or renovation companies in the UAE
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
