Civil Project Engineer - Landscape

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities related to landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure correct execution on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Prepare and monitor project progress reports, work schedules, and material requirements.
• Ensure all civil and landscape works are executed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Supervise the installation of irrigation networks, planting works, paving, kerbstone, and other external works.
• Inspect site works regularly to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and subcontractor resources.
• Prepare as-built drawings and support project close-out documentation.
• Assist in technical submittals, RFIs, and variation claim preparation when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in civil and landscape construction projects in the UAE or GCC.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
