Civil Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage major industrial and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality targets.

Educational Qualification - BE/ ME in Civil

Work Experience - Minimum 10 years in Civil

Good to have:

• Proven experience in industrial and commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, standards, and safety regulations
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and resource management skills
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers for timely and quality execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Prepare project progress reports and communicate with stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
• Ensure project delivery within timeline and budget
