Civil Project Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager with 12 years of UAE construction experience to oversee projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, coordination, and execution of civil construction works.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
• Prepare and review project reports, documentation, and compliance submissions
• Ensure adherence to UAE standards, codes, and regulations
• Lead, mentor, and guide project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of UAE construction experience
• Proven track record as a Civil Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
