Role Overview:

The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, adherence to quality standards, and full compliance with Abu Dhabi authority regulations. This role demands strategic leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across diverse disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of civil construction activities from inception to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government authorities (ADM, ADCD, etc.), and internal teams to secure necessary approvals and permits.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and cost overruns; implement mitigation strategies accordingly.
• Approve technical documentation, including drawings, materials submittals, and method statements.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, reporting project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil project management, with at least 3 years in Abu Dhabi.
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi construction regulations, local authority procedures, and approval workflows.
• Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in report writing, documentation, and technical correspondence.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
