Civil QA/QC Engineer

Job Posting: Senior Civil QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Civil Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer to join our team for an exciting, ongoing high-rise building project in the UAE.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven QA/QC experience specifically on High-Rise Building projects within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Expertise:
• Thorough knowledge of international and local building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality).
• Expertise in civil and structural works, including foundation, concrete, steel reinforcement, blockwork, and finishing.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
• Documentation: Exceptional ability to manage and maintain all project quality documentation, including records of inspections, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of coordinating successfully with site teams, consultants, and third-party inspectors.

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Project Type: High-Rise Building
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Availability (Advantage): Preference will be given to candidates who are currently available in the UAE and are able to join immediately to support the ongoing project schedule.
