Job Title: Civil QA/QC Inspector (for construction)

Location: Dubai Creek Harbour, Ras Al Khor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Civil QA/QC)Inspector to join our site team for an ongoing high-rise building project in the UAE.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven QA/QC inspection experience specifically on High-Rise Building projects within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Expertise:
• Strong working knowledge of civil and structural construction activities, including rebar fixing, formwork inspection, concrete pouring supervision, blockwork, plastering, and general finishes.
• Familiarity with relevant local and international quality standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Inspection Duties:
• Conducting on-site inspections and tests according to the approved ITPs and project procedures.
• Identifying, documenting, and monitoring non-conformance issues (NCRs).
• Preparing accurate inspection reports, test summaries, and quality records.
• Ensuring materials delivered to the site comply with project requirements and quality standards.
• Communication: Effective communication skills for coordination with supervisors, contractors, and third-party inspectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in QA/QC inspection within the construction industry, preferably high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and municipality requirements.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA/QC documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Certification in QA/QC, ISO, or related quality management systems.
• Experience working with reputed consultants or contractors in Dubai.
