Civil QS/Jr Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs
• Preparation of BOQ in CSI master format.
• Preparing basic cost estimate for civil, structural, architectural works
• Preparing comparisons, rate analysis, identifying the cost escalations
• Review drawings, specifications and preparing RFI’s
• Preparing the proposal requirements (key staff requirements, general requirements, third party identifications, testing requirements, etc
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Ensure estimates comply with project requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in civil engineering
• 4–5 years of experience in civil quantity surveyor/Estimator
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural, Architectural works
• Proficiency in Plan Swift is mandatory
• Proficiency in CCS Candy will be an added advantage.
• Experience in quantity take-off, pricing, and cost estimation
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
