Civil Quantity Surveyor and Bill Certification

NVT Quality Lifestyle Projects Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Civil Engineers for Quantity Survey and Bill Certification.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
• Seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Carrying out cost analysis, monitoring cost variations and preparing reports
• Understanding the requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge on construction costs and contracts.
• Strong maths knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Understanding of engineering science and technology.
• Knowledge of building and construction.
• Relevant educational background( Civil Engineering)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
