Civil Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Civil Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction companies.
Responsibilities include quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, budget monitoring, variation management, and procurement support, with strong accuracy in civil and steel works.

Job Description:

• Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimation for civil projects
• Develop and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Monitor project costs, budgeting, and cost control processes
• Handle variation orders and contract administration
• Support procurement and material planning activities
• Review steel work quantities and technical specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within a construction company
