Key roles and responsibilities

• Project planning and management:
• Reviewing project plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Conducting site investigations and analyzing data to identify potential challenges.
• Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• On-site supervision:
• Supervising and directing construction activities to ensure work is performed correctly.
• Setting out sites and ensuring the accuracy of the work.
• Managing site activities and resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems as they arise on site.
• Quality and safety:
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Performing regular inspections and quality checks on the work being done.
• Ensuring that the highest quality materials are used and that all work meets industry standards.
• Reporting and administration:
• Preparing and submitting progress reports.
• Logging progress and maintaining project documentation and records.
• Managing project budgets and purchasing equipment and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
