Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team in Sharjah. The candidate must hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering and have strong site supervision and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily construction operations.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with UAE construction standards.
• Prepare site progress reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company procedures at the site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering – mandatory.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
