Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage all site-related activities for swimming pool construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil, structural, and MEP works are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for swimming pool and landscape projects.
• Ensure work execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Check levels, dimensions, and alignment before and after concrete or finishing works.
• Verify quantities and assist in preparing material take-offs and requests.
• Ensure proper installation of pool shell, waterproofing, MEP works, and finishes.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks at various construction stages.
• Support project engineers in scheduling, cost control, and progress tracking.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with relevant local authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, etc.).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in swimming pool or landscape construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works related to swimming pool construction.
• Familiar with MEP coordination for pools and water features.
• Excellent site supervision, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading technical drawings.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
