Civil Site Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably on the developer or consultant side in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority procedures, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple priorities.

The Site Engineer (Developer Side) is responsible for overseeing site activities, monitoring contractor and consultant performance, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and authority requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of development projects. The role acts as the developer’s on-site representative to ensure quality, safety, and progress are maintained according to the project’s goals.
