Civil Site Engineer

Immediate hiring for Civil project Manager !!!!

• Lead end-to-end project management for civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Prepare project timelines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, BOQs, reports, and statutory approvals.
• Identify risks, delays, and cost overruns; implement corrective actions.
• Track project costs and prepare financial reports and billing documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary point of contact throughout the project.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in civil engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10 to 15 years of experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning tools, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
