Urgent hiring for civil site for DHAR site

Core responsibilities

• Project management: Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure they align with project plans, specifications, and timelines. This includes managing the project budget and resources efficiently.
• Technical oversight: Review project plans and technical drawings, conduct site inspections, and provide technical advice to resolve any on-site issues.
• Quality and safety: Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and that all work is completed in compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Coordination and communication: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals. This also includes preparing and submitting progress reports.
• Resource and logistics management: Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, and may involve negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
• Staff supervision: Supervise and mentor on-site staff and contracted workers to ensure tasks are executed correctly.

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Familiarity with construction and safety regulations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
