civil site engineer

Core Responsibilities:

• Project oversight: Manage and supervise construction activities from start to finish to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Technical guidance: Review project plans, drawings, and blueprints to provide technical guidance to the construction team.
• Quality control: Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets the required standards.
• Resource management: Oversee and manage the efficient use of project resources, materials, and budget.
• Safety compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure the site adheres to all health, safety, and legal requirements.
• Coordination and communication: Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate activities and resolve any on-site issues or delays.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and other necessary documentation.

Key skills and qualifications

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• AUTOCAD 2D,3D working experience is preferable.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues that arise on-site.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
