Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in construction, maintenance, or facilities management. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to handle technical site inspections, and experience coordinating with vendors, clients, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical site inspections and ensure work is executed according to standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and suppliers for project requirements and progress updates.
• Manage on-site teams and ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management regularly.
• Assist in planning, supervising, and executing civil works as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a civil engineering or site engineering role.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, construction standards, and site operations.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple parties on site.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (must).
• Immediate joiners are a plus.
