Position: Civil Site Engineer- PMC (Project Management Consultant)

Job Summary

Advantal Technologies is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site project execution and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of civil construction activities. The role demands close coordination with contractors, architects, structural consultants, vendors, and the PMC team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day civil work execution as per approved drawings and standards
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with stakeholders for material planning, work scheduling, and issue resolution
• Maintain daily progress reports and assist in billing/measurements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and foundations
• Understanding of BOQ, measurements, and billing procedures
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
• Ability to independently read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
• 3–8 years of experience in building construction
• Experience with PMC / contracting / consulting firms preferred
