Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer with strong background in building maintenance and interior fit-out works. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute maintenance and fit-out works including civil, finishing, and minor structural activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs before site execution.
• Coordinate daily activities with supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and finishing standards.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of integrated works.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and material requisitions.
• Handle client/site engineer comments and close snags promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Assist in estimation, measurement, and variation works when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in maintenance or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works (tiling, painting, gypsum, carpentry, waterproofing, etc.).
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and local authority requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in villas, commercial buildings, retail fit-outs, and FM maintenance projects.
• Problem-solving ability and strong site management skills.
