Hiring – Civil Site Engineer (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee villas, residential, commercial projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have valid Dubai Municipality (DM) License, Society of Engineers card with proven UAE experience in site operations, project execution and regulatory compliance. Experience in handling government authority approvals for projects is highly recommended.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings and timelines

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants for smooth workflow

* Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, permits and approvals

* Handle government authority approvals for projects efficiently

* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project stakeholders

* Supervise site teams, ensuring workforce productivity and safety compliance

* Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

✅ Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech) – Mandatory

✅ DM License (G+1) & Society of Engineers (SOE) card

✅ Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in villa, residential and commercial projects

✅ Proven experience in handling government authority approvals for projects is highly recommended

✅ Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards and site management

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools

✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills

✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred

✅ UAE driving license is an advantage (preferred)
