Civil Site Engineer

- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications

- Design and develop civil engineering projects in accordance with UAE/Dubai construction standards and regulations

- Conduct accurate quantity calculations and materials estimation

- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and daily on-site construction activities in line with local labor laws and safety protocols

- Coordinate with consultants, and contractors

- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities' safety standards and building codes

- Prepare detailed progress reports, site documentation, and issue resolution reports tailored to UAE's construction environment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction projects specifically Luxury villas /Building preferably in Dubai or UAE

- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage project timelines and resources

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software
