Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction projects at site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution and be fluent in Kannada for effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams

* Monitor project progress and maintain site reports

* Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the construction site

* Handle material planning and site measurements

* Liaise with clients and consultants as required

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

* Minimum 2 years of site experience in construction projects

* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management

* Ability to read and interpret drawings

* Mandatory: Fluency in Kannada

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

* Experience in residential/commercial building projects

* Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
