Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for multiple fit-out and interior projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage workforce and allocate tasks to skilled and unskilled labourers effectively.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and review quotations, cost estimations, and budgets.
• Control wastage of materials and ensure cost efficiency on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to address concerns and provide progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, work completion, and material usage.
• 2d & 3d drawing preparation additional advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in fit-out and interior projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, finishes, joinery works, MEP coordination, and interior fit-out execution.
• Proficiency in vendor management, cost estimation, and quotation preparation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to handle diverse teams.
• Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Valid UAE driving license would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
