Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction projects and ensure high-quality execution at the site. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with contractors, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
• Ensure quality control and safety standards on site
• Manage materials, manpower, and resources efficiently
• Resolve on-site technical issues

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience as a Site Engineer
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within project locations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and interior projects
• Knowledge of site safety practices
• Basic computer skills (Excel, AutoCAD preferred)
