Civil Site Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly competent and hands-on Site Engineer with strong experience in luxury fit-out projects to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for luxury villa and residential interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project standards.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and materials to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve technical and site-related challenges efficiently and proactively.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
• Lead inspections, snagging processes, and final handover procedures.
• Ensure high-quality finishing standards expected in luxury residential projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience handling villas, high-end residential, or premium fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, joinery, ceiling systems, flooring, glass partitions, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details accurately.
• Strong site coordination and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
