Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer with strong experience in villa construction in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on-site, can manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of work from start to finish.

Key Responsibility

• Execute and supervise villa construction works on-site
• Read and coordinate structural, architectural & MEP drawings
• Manage site labor, subcontractors, and daily activities
• Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and timelines
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities including Dubai Municipality and Dubai Development Authority
• Handle site documentation, inspections, and approvals
• Monitor material usage and site progress
• Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum experience in Dubai villa construction is required
• Strong knowledge of site execution and construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Urdu)
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (must)
• Energetic, reliable, and result-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
