Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in construction and renovation to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring project execution as per approved drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project progress, site requirements, and updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports and updates.
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment at site.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or site-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in construction and renovation.
• Experience in client coordination and site management.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and site supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (depending on education, experience, and skills)
