Wadi Al Sultana Contracting is expanding its team and is currently seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer to join our ongoing and upcoming projects in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professional contracting company delivering dynamic construction projects across the UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to project drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Prepare site reports and documentation as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Prior experience in construction/site supervision
• Dubai Municipality approval (preferred/required as applicable)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Good communication and leadership skills
