نبحث عن مهندس مدني للعمل ضمن فريق شركة متخصصة في أعمال الحدائق والبستنة وتنسيق المواقع الخارجية، على أن يكون لديه خبرة عملية في إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع اللاندسكيب والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها، ويتمتع بقدرة عالية على الإشراف الميداني والمتابعة الفنية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف الكامل على مواقع مشاريع الحدائق والبستنة واللاندسكيب.
• متابعة تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية بالموقع وفق المخططات والمواصفات الفنية.
• إدارة العمال والمقاولين ومتابعة سير العمل اليومي.
• التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والعملاء وحل المشكلات الفنية بالموقع.
• إعداد وحصر الكميات والتقارير اليومية والأسبوعية.
• التأكد من جودة التنفيذ والالتزام بالجدول الزمني للمشاريع.
• متابعة أعمال الإنترلوك، الزراعة، شبكات الري، الخرسانة، والممرات الخارجية.
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات الهندسية وتنفيذها بدقة.
• المساهمة في تسعير المشاريع وإعداد العروض الفنية عند الحاجة.

الشروط المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.
• خبرة من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات كحد أقصى في شركات الحدائق والبستنة أو اللاندسكيب.
• خبرة قوية في إدارة المواقع والإشراف الميداني.
• معرفة ممتازة بأعمال اللاندسكيب والبنية التحتية الخارجية.
• القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل وإدارة فرق العمل بكفاءة.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء.
• إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD وMicrosoft Office.
• يفضل توفر رخصة قيادة إماراتية.

Civil Engineer – Landscaping & Gardening Company

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join a professional landscaping and gardening company. The ideal candidate should have strong site experience in landscaping projects, excellent supervision skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise landscaping and gardening project sites.
• Monitor civil works execution according to drawings and specifications.
• Manage labor teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure quality standards and project timelines are maintained.
• Supervise interlock, irrigation, concrete, plantation, and external works.
• Read and execute engineering drawings accurately.
• Assist in project estimation and technical proposals when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years maximum experience in landscaping or gardening companies.
• Strong experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of landscaping and external infrastructure works.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
