We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi-MBZ City. The ideal candidate will had minimum 7 years of solid experience (must including 3-5 years in Abu Dhabi) in managing and coordinating construction project’s site, drawing, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with ADM regulation, quality standards and project timelines specifically in PEB,RCC and steel structure works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience of site execution, finishing, and PEB structural works.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and authority approvals.
• Ability to coordinate between consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Manage project communication including emails, technical reports, follow-ups, and coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review quantity surveying for BOQ and assist in checking and preparation of new tender estimates for ongoing and future projects.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and reporting skills.
• Manage and monitor labor force, materials, and subcontractor works.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Verify quantities, materials, and ensure timely site execution as per schedule.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues or design discrepancies on site.
• Oversee finishing and handover works ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Maintain full documentation of site activities, reports, and correspondence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates with Abu Dhabi Practicing Engineering Card ( Applied or in process will be preferred)
• Proficient with ADM meps and Tamm platform standards and producers.
• Proficient AutoCAD and project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project engineering in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of construction Methods Statements, Risk Assessment, HSE Plane, Materials, and Legal Regulations in the UAE.
• Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Ready to join immediately.
• UAE Driving License.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
