Civil Site Engineer

• Supervise and monitor daily civil site activities
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare and review site reports, work progress, and material requirements
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with construction standards
• Manage site labor, resources, and equipment effectively
• Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of works
• Verify levels, setting out, and other civil engineering measurements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Identify site issues and implement technical solutions promptly
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer or similar role
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant construction site experience
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
• Proficiency in site coordination, documentation, and reporting
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Driver’s license is mandatory
