Job Title: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer – Residential Villas

Jaralla Contracting is looking to hire a qualified Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with strong experience in residential villa construction projects in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE construction projects.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi.

* Strong experience in residential villas construction and site supervision.

* Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality / DMT procedures and approvals.

* Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

* Experience in preparing site reports, quantity take-offs, and progress updates.

* Strong knowledge of quality, safety, and approved drawings.

* Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise residential villa construction works on site.

* Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

* Prepare daily/weekly site reports, quantity take-offs, and progress updates.

* Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality and local regulations.
