Civil Site Engineer

Full job description

• Site supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they comply with the project's design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve any technical issues that arise on the construction site, often acting as the main point of contact between the design team and the construction crew.
• Quality control: Conduct regular inspections and checks of materials and work performed to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the project.
• Scheduling and progress tracking: Monitor the project schedule, track daily progress, and prepare reports for project managers and other stakeholders.
• Liaison and coordination: Communicate and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and surveyors to manage workflows and resolve conflicts.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, material packing slips, and red-line drawings.
• Safety enforcement: Implement and enforce on-site safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Quantity and cost control: Assist in tracking and documenting quantities of materials used and other costs to ensure the project stays within budget.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
