Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage construction activities on-site, ensure project execution according to drawings and specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential/commercial/high-rise/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi)
