Civil Site Engineer

IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the UAE or GCC construction industry, especially in airport projects. We are seeking a professional who can work independently, make smart decisions for the benefit of the company and help achieve successful project results with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum experience in UAE or GCC construction projects
• Experience in airport construction projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of site procedures, safety regulations and construction standards
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Advanced thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
• Capable of making decisions that support project success and company goals
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants and site teams
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations
• Prepare reports, site updates and technical documentation
• Solve site issues efficiently and proactively
• Maintain quality standards throughout project execution

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledgeable in UAE/GCC construction regulations and standards
• Excellent coordination and reporting skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
