Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Purpose
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and following up all engineering and project-related work inside the factory. This includes monitoring daily internal works, coordinating with all concerned departments, ensuring safe and timely execution, resolving technical and operational issues, and maintaining proper progress and documentation for all factory-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up all work inside the factory and ensure execution according to approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, stores, and contractors for smooth execution of factory works.
- Supervise installation, modification, repair, shutdown, and improvement works related to machines, production lines, utilities, civil works, and factory facilities.
- Monitor daily progress, identify delays or technical problems, and take corrective action in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, drawings, permits, and manpower before commencement of work.
- Conduct site inspections inside the factory to ensure quality, safety, proper housekeeping, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports, pending issue logs, inspection records, and completion reports for management review.
- Support troubleshooting and follow up closure of snags, non-conformities, breakdown-related work, and internal engineering issues.
- Coordinate contractor work and verify completed tasks before handover or closure.
- Attend internal meetings and provide regular updates on progress, constraints, risks, and support required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in factory, manufacturing, industrial, or project site engineering.
- Good knowledge of factory operations, maintenance coordination, and internal project follow-up.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong follow-up, reporting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
