Civil Site Engineer

5 years of experience as an Site Engineer in Dubai

Should have DM Card G+4

Ready to join immediately

1- Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal safety requirements and site requirements for projects.

2- Review and discuss project drawings with contractors and subcontractors

3- Inspect Of the contractors Work in site and match it with the drawings and Dubai Municipality requirements

4- Inspect the construction elements from contractors and give approvals for Concrete Casting.

5- Visit projects periodically and prepare progress reports and give comments.

6- Manage contractors and subcontractors and record any delays or mistake and archive them for each project

7- Review the project schedule and match it with the work on site

8- Receive payment requests from contractors and ensure compliance with work implementation

9- Manage and lead the team of contractors working on projects to ensure project success

Required Skills:

- Strong project management skills with at least 4 years of experience in the UAE working with a consultant.

- Have DM Engineering Card G+4 or above

- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design programs and design tools.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

- Strong personality and strong communication skills

- Arabic Nationality Only
