Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (Dubai Municipality Approved – G+4)

Location: Al Qusais Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dubai Municipality approved Civil Site Engineer (G+4) with strong technical skills and experience in design and analysis software to support project planning, execution, and compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the DM-approved Civil Site Engineer for G+4 building projects.
• Supervise site activities and construction progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Ensure project compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety compliance.

Software Skills Required:

• AutoCAD – for drafting and drawing interpretation.
• STAAD.Pro – for structural analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Dubai Municipality approval (G+4 mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience, including G+4 projects.
• Strong knowledge of DM regulations and construction standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills
