Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential construction projects.
• Ensure work is executed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
• Monitor material usage and manage resources effectively on-site.
• Ensure safety standards and protocols are strictly followed at site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in residential construction projects.
• Good understanding of civil engineering principles and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
