Site Engineer & Project Engineers

We are seeking experienced Site & Project Engineers to oversee daily site operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of construction activities.

• Plan and supervise day-to-day site activities according to the project schedule
• Ensure execution as per architectural and structural drawings
• Manage manpower, material, and machinery efficiently
• Monitor progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Maintain site documentation, including material stock, attendance, bills, etc.
• Identify delays or technical issues and coordinate resolutions
• Attend site meetings with management and consultants

· Managing labor, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Assist in planning procurement and usage of materials
• Managing clients, contractors, consultants, and government officials for smooth billing, approvals, and quantity verification.
• Provide cost reports, project expense tracking, and budget forecasts.
• Assist project managers in financial planning, claim settlements, and dispute resolution.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct rate analysis, cost breakdowns, and material estimations.
• Prepare revised estimates for changes in project scope, rates, or additional work.

Key Skills:

• Strong site management and team leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and standards
• Good knowledge of project planning and execution
• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 to 7+ years of site execution experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience handling a site independently
• Knowledge of local construction practices and labor laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
