Civil site engineer - Landscape

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all landscape construction activities, including softscape and hardscape works.
• Review and interpret landscape drawings, shop drawings, project specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work.
• Ensure proper installation of irrigation systems, planting works, paving, curbstones, soil preparation, and related landscape elements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and material requests.
• Resolve site issues, technical problems, and discrepancies promptly.
• Verify completed works for approval and assist with handover documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed within approved timelines and budget.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in landscape or civil site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape construction.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, soil types, and plant materials is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in villa, park, or community landscape projects.
• Knowledge of project quality and safety procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and client representatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
