Civil Site Engineer- Landscape exp

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Site Engineer to supervise and manage landscaping project execution across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in landscape construction, irrigation, drainage, hardscape, and softscape works, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise daily site activities for landscaping projects.
• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
• Oversee execution of hardscape, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and softscape works.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate site activities efficiently.

Coordination & Technical Support

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review technical drawings and ensure accurate execution on site.
• Provide technical support related to grading, drainage, soil conditions, and material selection.
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, UAE standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve site issues and technical challenges promptly.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship across all landscaping activities.

Cost & Resource Management

• Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor manpower, material consumption, and equipment usage.
• Assist in controlling project costs and reporting any deviations.
• Coordinate material requirements and site resources effectively.

Health & Safety

• Enforce health and safety standards on site.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Maintain records of completed works, materials used, inspections, and site updates.
• Ensure proper documentation of approvals, inspections, and project activities.

Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding site progress and technical matters.
• Address site-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure client requirements and expectations are achieved throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven UAE experience in landscaping and site execution is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping works, irrigation systems, drainage, hardscape, and softscape execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software/tools.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Own vehicle is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
