Civil Site Engineer- Pool exp

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Swimming Pool Site Engineer / Supervisor to oversee the execution of swimming pool construction and maintenance projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in pool construction, hydraulic systems, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and site supervision, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise daily site activities for swimming pool construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure smooth execution of excavation, waterproofing, tiling, piping, filtration, lighting, and finishing works.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion according to approved schedules.

Coordination & Technical Support

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review technical drawings and ensure accurate execution on site.
• Provide technical guidance related to waterproofing, hydraulic systems, circulation systems, drainage, and pool construction materials.

System Installation & Commissioning

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of swimming pool systems including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorination systems, balancing tanks, and automation systems.
• Ensure all systems operate according to project specifications and performance requirements.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, UAE regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Identify and resolve technical and execution issues promptly.

Cost & Resource Management

• Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor manpower, material consumption, and equipment utilization.
• Assist in controlling project costs and minimizing material wastage.

Health & Safety

• Enforce health and safety regulations across all site activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe working practices are followed by all workers and subcontractors.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain records of inspections, testing, materials, and site activities.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients.

Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding project updates, inspections, and issue resolution.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution and handover stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven UAE experience in swimming pool construction and site execution is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool systems, waterproofing, plumbing, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, hydraulic layouts, and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering-related tools/software.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Own vehicle is preferred.
