Urgent Hiring – Civil Site Engineer (Structural Experience Required)

We are a leading Civil & Electromechanical Contracting Company based in Qatar, currently seeking to hire a Civil Site Engineer for immediate joining.

Position: Civil Site Engineer

Location: Qatar

Availability: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to civil and structural works
• Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project progress
• Monitor structural works including foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and finishing
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and compliance with standards
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
• Ensure proper implementation of health & safety regulations on site
• Review and interpret structural drawings and resolve technical issues on site
• Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience, with strong background in structural works
• Proven experience in construction projects within Qatar/GCC is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
• Good communication and coordination skills
