Job Summary

We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join our execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with design specifications, and managing quality and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site activities (civil & interior works).
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Ensure site execution follows approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and update project schedules.
• Conduct quality inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Assist in material estimation and verify contractor bills.
• Work closely with architects/designers to resolve site-level drawing issues.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Be open to managing multiple project sites across Chennai or Tamil Nadu.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 0 to 6 years in civil site execution
• Skills:
• Proficient in reading architectural & structural drawings
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication, coordination & problem-solving abilities
• Preferred: Experience with residential construction or interior fit-out projects
• Location Preference: Candidates based in Chennai or nearby areas
• Immediate joiners will be given priority

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
