Civil Site Engineer/Civil site supervisor - Fitout

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely execution of work.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all work complies with QA/QC standards and statutory regulations.
• Assist in resolving site technical issues, drawing discrepancies, and unforeseen conditions.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities when required.
• Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection requests (IRs), and method statements.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to site planning and problem-solving.
• Verify measurements and quantities for work done to support billing and payment processes.
• Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure all workers comply with HSE standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Site Supervisor in UAE fitout projects.
• Familiar with UAE construction regulations.
• Proficient in reading drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
